Pretty high price all things considered but you pay for the convenience. Got out to me within 45 minutes and had the whole job done pretty quickly. MK did good work and I think he deserves a raise.

Very disappointed with this company. We agreed on a total price of $1,200. I was told a technician would arrive within 30 minutes, but he arrived about 1 hour and 40 minutes later. When the technician arrived, he demanded payment before completing the repair. I explained that I always pay after the job is finished, which is standard practice for roadside service. Instead of completing the repair, they removed the rims and left because I would not pay in advance. They returned the next morning and then charged me for two service calls, even though the overnight delay was caused by them. On top of that, I was originally quoted $1,200 but ended up paying $1,462.86. Another issue was the tires. We specifically agreed on Aeromann tires, but they installed a cheaper brand while still charging me more than the original quote. I was not informed in advance about this change and did not receive the product that was promised. I felt pressured because my truck was disabled and I needed it back on the road. The pricing was not transparent, the service was delayed, the agreed products were not provided, and the final bill was significantly higher than what was originally agreed upon. I would

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM unless you want to be robbed your money. Got charged over $1000 and could not do anything I was left at 3 AM in a gas station with not even the tires, they broke the stubs of the rim and swept the rim nuts, Left the trailer over the rims and they didn’t even put the tires on the rim they only went there to leave the trailer stuck over there, so basically my problem just got worse. We were 6 girls stranded and the worst part of it all NOW THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING MY CALLS TO RETURN MY MONEY, because that is another thing THEY CHARGE YOU UPFRONT. DO NOT USE THEM!
